Child safety standards

These are the standards of the eua social network (developer: Maksym Shapovalov) against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Last updated: October 31, 2026.

Zero tolerance

eua prohibits any content or behaviour that sexually exploits or endangers children, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualised images or descriptions of minors, grooming, sextortion, and any attempt to engage a child in sexual contact or to arrange meeting a child for such purposes. These rules are part of our Community Guidelines and Terms of Use.

Minimum age

eua is for people aged 13 and over. Accounts that belong to younger children are deleted when we learn about them.

How to report

• In the app: open the “⋯” menu on a post, comment, profile or message and choose Report.
• By email, with or without an account: shapovalovm39@gmail.com. Include a link to the content or profile.
• If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

What we do

• Reports about child safety are reviewed with the highest priority.
• CSAM and child-endangering content is removed as soon as we become aware of it, and the accounts involved are permanently banned.
• We report CSAM and child exploitation to the relevant authorities and organisations, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), Cybertip.ca in Canada, and the competent law enforcement agencies, as required by applicable law.
• We preserve information about such cases only as required for reporting and by law enforcement.
• Users can block anyone, make their account private and limit who can message them.
