Delete your eua account

eua is developed by Maksym Shapovalov. You can delete your account and its data at any time.

In the app

  1. Open eua and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings → Delete account.
  3. Confirm the deletion.

Without the app

Send an email from the address linked to your account. Write “Delete my eua account” and your username.

Request deletion by email

Address: shapovalovm39@gmail.com. We reply within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your account is hidden from others right away. After 30 days it is permanently deleted together with your profile, posts, comments, stories, chats, photos, videos, music and files. If you sign in again within those 30 days, the deletion is cancelled. Infrastructure backups may keep data for a limited time; minimal data may be kept longer only where the law requires it or to prevent abuse.

eua розробляє Maksym Shapovalov. Ви можете будь-коли видалити акаунт і його дані.

У застосунку

  1. Відкрийте eua й увійдіть.
  2. Перейдіть у Налаштування → Видалення акаунта.
  3. Підтвердьте видалення.

Без застосунку

Напишіть з адреси, прив’язаної до акаунта, на shapovalovm39@gmail.com: «Видаліть мій акаунт eua» та ваше ім’я користувача. Відповідаємо протягом 7 днів.

Що видаляється

Акаунт одразу приховується від інших, а через 30 днів видаляється назавжди разом із профілем, дописами, коментарями, сторіс, чатами, фото, відео, музикою й файлами. Якщо за ці 30 днів ви знову ввійдете, видалення скасується.
